10 Days Luxury Honeymoon: The Royal Romance
From Red City Palaces to the Blue Pearl: A Private Romantic Odyssey.

Tour Overview
This exclusive journey is the ultimate “Grand Tour” of Morocco, curated specifically for honeymooners who refuse to compromise. Starting in the sensual gardens of Marrakech, you will traverse the High Atlas Mountains to sleep under the stars in a luxury tent in the Sahara. The route then turns north, crossing the Middle Atlas cedar forests to the medieval labyrinth of Fes and the romantic blue alleyways of Chefchaouen. The odyssey concludes in the capital Rabat and the metropolis of Casablanca. Traveling in a private luxury vehicle, this itinerary balances the thrill of discovery with the intimacy of Relais & Châteaux riads.
Highlights
The Gnawa Music Ritual: Attend a private, intimate performance of Gnawa spiritual music (UNESCO Intangible Heritage) in the village of Khamlia, learning about its sub-Saharan roots.
The Leather Tanneries: View the ancient Chouara Tanneries in Fes from a private terrace, observing the medieval dyeing process using natural saffron, poppy, and mint.
Volubilis Mosaics: Walk the Decumanus Maximus of the Roman city of Volubilis, specifically visiting the "House of Venus" to see the remarkably preserved floor mosaics.
Hassan II Mosque Interior: Gain exclusive access to the prayer hall of the Hassan II Mosque, marveling at the retractable roof and the glass floor revealing the Atlantic Ocean below.
Sunset at Aït Benhaddou: Sip mint tea on a terrace facing the Ksar of Aït Benhaddou exactly at the "Golden Hour," when the mud-brick walls glow intense orange (perfect for honeymoon photos).
Rick's Café Experience: Enjoy a nostalgic dinner at Rick's Café in Casablanca, a faithful architectural recreation of the bar from the 1942 classic film Casablanca.
The Cedar Forest Safari: Spot the endangered Barbary Macaque in the ancient cedar forests of the Middle Atlas near Ifrane and Azrou.
Ounila Valley Drive: Traverse the scenic P1506 road (the old caravan route), contrasting the red clay cliffs with the green gardens of the Telouet region.
Why Choose a Private Tour?
Detailed Itinerary
The Journey
"Your honeymoon begins the moment you touch down at Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK). You are greeted by our VIP agent at the airside for 'Fast Track' customs clearance, bypassing the queues. A private chauffeur transfers you to your Riad in the Medina or the Palmeraie. After a welcome ritual of almond milk and dates (a symbol of hospitality and fertility), you have the evening free. We recommend a sunset horse-drawn carriage ride to the Koutoubia Gardens."

The Journey
"Morning is dedicated to the Majorelle Garden and the Yves Saint Laurent Museum. We schedule this early to ensure privacy before the crowds. In the afternoon, your guide reveals the Bahia Palace, a masterpiece of Moroccan decoration built for the Grand Vizier's wives. The day concludes with a private tour of the Souks, focusing on high-end craftsmanship (leather, spices, copper), avoiding the tourist traps."

The Journey
"We leave the city to ascend the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass (2,260m). We detour off the main road to the Ounila Valley to visit the UNESCO Ksar of Aït Benhaddou, famous for Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Lunch is served on a panoramic terrace facing the Kasbah. We continue through the Skoura Palm Grove and the Valley of Roses (Kelâat M'Gouna), arriving in the Dades Valley by sunset to admire the 'Monkey Fingers' rock formations."

The Journey
"After a breakfast overlooking the canyon, we drive to the Todra Gorges, massive limestone cliffs favored by climbers. We walk along the riverbed before continuing south. As the landscape shifts to the pre-Sahara, we reach Erfoud (the fossil capital) and finally Merzouga. Here, you switch from car to camel (or 4x4) to cross the Erg Chebbi dunes. You arrive at your private luxury camp in time for a champagne sunset."

The Journey
"We wake early for the sunrise, a spiritual moment in the desert silence. After breakfast, we begin the journey north. The route transforms dramatically: from the arid desert to the lush palm ribbon of the Ziz Valley, then up into the Middle Atlas Mountains. We stop in the Cedar Forest of Azrou to see the wild Barbary Macaques. We pass through Ifrane ('Little Switzerland') with its alpine architecture, arriving in Fes by evening."

The Journey
"Fes el-Bali is the world's largest car-free urban zone. Your private guide navigates the labyrinth. You will visit the Al Quaraouiyine University (founded by Fatima al-Fihri in 859 AD), the Bou Inania Madrasa, and the Nejjarine Museum. The highlight is the Chouara Tanneries, where you view the ancient dyeing vats from a private terrace (mint leaves provided for the smell!)."

The Journey
"We drive west to Volubilis, the southern capital of the Roman Empire. You will walk among preserved mosaics and the Triumphal Arch. We then ascend into the Rif Mountains. The landscape becomes green and Mediterranean. We arrive in Chefchaouen (The Blue Pearl) in the afternoon. Free time to wander the blue-washed alleyways, which are incredibly romantic and photogenic at dusk."

The Journey
"Enjoy a slow morning in Chefchaouen; the light is best for photography before 10:00 AM. We then drive south to the Atlantic coast to reach Rabat, the political capital. We visit the Hassan Tower (the unfinished minaret) and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. We end the day walking through the Kasbah of the Udayas, a fortress with blue and white walls overlooking the ocean."

The Journey
"A short coastal drive brings us to Casablanca. Unlike the historic medinas, this is modern Morocco. We take a private VIP tour of the Hassan II Mosque. It is one of the few mosques open to non-Muslims and features a glass floor over the Atlantic waves. The evening includes a farewell dinner at Rick's Café, recreating the romance of the 1942 movie."

The Journey
"Depending on your flight schedule, your driver transfers you to Mohammed V International Airport (CMN). We assist with luggage and ensure you are at the correct terminal for your departure."
